b) If you do not know the rules then you are in breach of rule ONE above.
c) If there is no rule in place and you piss me off I reserve the right to implement a new rule retrospectively and be very UPSET at YOU.
d) If there is a rule in place and I break it I reserve the right to be pissed of at myself privately.
e) This forum will take time and effort to make if effective therefore I will try to remain a little light hearted
but there will be times when I get short tempered. 
With that in mind I will be appointing a forum moderator very soon who will have my absolute backing till he breaks the rules then I will be really pissed off.
